Morgan Doolittle, M.S.


Morgan Doolittle is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-Associate) who is currently under the supervision of Dr. Sean Stokes, LMFT-S, LPC-S #4983. Morgan works with individuals, couples, and families at McKinney Neuropsychology and Children's. Previously, she was trained at UT Southwestern Medical Center Family Studies Center. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Human Development and Family Science with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma State University. Her master’s degree holds accreditation with the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE) with strong research and clinical training. 

While attending her master’s program, Morgan practiced in a family services outpatient clinic as well as a primary care family medicine setting. Throughout these training opportunities, Morgan has gained a wealth of experience developing a thorough biopsychosocial-spiritual assessment and collaborative treatment approach with her work. Specifically, while working at Great Plains Family Medicine in Oklahoma City, Morgan utilized her training in Medical Family Therapy to provide brief integrated care encounters and traditional therapy in order to effectively treat clients from this holistic approach. 


In terms of theoretical orientation and typical treatment approaches, Morgan utilizes a client-centered lens while offering direct feedback and guidance. She includes Systems Theory and Contextual Therapy. She also has specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based therapy for couples, and filial play therapy, an attachment based therapy for parent-child relationships. Morgan enjoys working with couples and is a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, curriculum based program tailored for couples prior to marriage or during their marriage. Her training and experience offer a balanced, active, and supportive environment for the growth desired. 

In her free time, Morgan and her husband enjoy spending time with family, visiting local coffee shops, and being active with their energetic golden retriever.
