McKinney Neuropsychology understands the importance of effective, ethical, and thorough training for upcoming mental health professionals. As such, we offer training opportunities for individuals currently seeking clinical hours as a part of their graduate program requirements. Three licensed psychologists work in collaboration to provide each practicum and/or intern with the best training experiences, as well as the opportunity to obtain the necessary training and supervision requirements as outlined by each graduate program. We can accommodate individuals seeking supervision under the following programs:
Master’s Level in Clinical Psychology Practicum
Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) Licensure Requirements
Doctoral Level Clinical Psychology Practicum
Doctoral Level School Psychology Practicum
Pre-doctoral Internship in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology
Provisionally Licensed Psychologists as Postdoctoral Fellowship for Licensed Psychologist (LP) and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) licensure
The primary focus at McKinney Neuropsychology is conducting neuropsychological, psychological, and educational/academic evaluations. We will provide practicum and/or intern students with a variety of cases that will expose them to a wide range of assessment measures, as well as a diverse mix of populations.
The secondary focus at McKinney Neuropsychology is providing counseling services to a variety of clients. Our licensed psychologists vary in their expertise and therapeutic practices; however, practicum and/or intern students will be afforded the opportunity to learn from a number of different approaches.
