Our staff will work with your insurance company. We check benefits, obtain pre-authorization (if needed), and submit claims. All out-of-pocket costs communicated to us by the insurance company, such as co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles, are explained prior to setting appointments. While we do all that we can to ensure payment from insurance, ultimately the cost of our services is the client's responsibility. 

 

For those who have insurances we are not in-network with - and those who will not be using insurance - we offer a competitive fee-for-service cost. The investment amount may fluctuate based on the clinician and situation, but in general you can expect to pay between $2,500 and $3,500 for psychological testing or a neuropsychological evaluation.
